I am an artisan located in St. Charles, Illinois, in the Fox River Valley producing distinctive works utilizing wood, metal, glass, and natural fibers, highlighting the inherent qualities of each material. My work is inspired by the places visited and the cultures experienced. I am particularly influenced by the subtle geometry of Prairie Style and the vibrant patterns of Art Deco, often combining these styles in a single piece. The aim is to create artwork that is both visually engaging and emotionally resonant

My interest in visual art emerged later in life after I retired from my previous career. I initially concentrated on woodworking but noticed that the final pieces were lacking in color and design. By integrating new materials into my work, the finished product has evolved to what it is today.
